Greetings from the sisters of Epsilon Iota!
We would like to submit an entry for this month’s Chapter Challenge. On Sunday, October 25th the sisters of Epsilon Iota from The University of Akron and the sisters of Alpha Gamma from Kent State University met at Kingsway Pumpkin Farm for a fun-filled day of pumpkin-picking, animal-petting, and corn-mazing! We started the day off by visiting the petting zoo and finding out that animals just really don’t like David from EI and a certain cow really liked Jake from AG. Next we took a group photo at a pirate ship that we found, which was perfect (you’ll understand if you know anything about EI). Next was our journey through the “Lost Knights” corn maze, which quickly turned into a Corn War (feel free to check that out on YouTube if you’d like). We split off into groups and nailed any other groups we came across with corn. Eventually we met up and exited the maze safely together. Finally, we went pumkin-pickin’ and face-paintin’! It was a great day to hang out with our amazing permanent sister chapter. Many new friendships were formed and many old ones grew stronger. Everyone had such a great time, in fact, that we plan to have another sisterhood in the very near future.
A big thank you goes out to Alpha Gamma for making this a great day full of friendship, fun, and sisterhood!

Kylie Leicht, Epsilon Iota Corresponding Secretary
